Smoked Tofurkey Montana


Who said eating vegetarian is boring, and hard??  Anyhow, best built sandwich EVER! I know you're just dying to know what's in it. So I'll tell you ... It's not as easy as going thru drive thru and ordering a Tofurkey Sandwich or what have you. We do hope it happens soon tho! Start a Revolution!

Breakdown Layering:

Bread - Olive Oil, S&P, Parmesan

3-slices  MuensterCheese

3-slices Fakin' Bacon

1/2 -slices Avacado

1 tbs Ranch Dressing

Bean Sprouts

4-slices Tofurkey

Bread - Olive Oil S&P, Parmesan

Instruction:
First grab some Ciabatta Bread. Brush olive oil on the ouside buns lightly and inside of both buns. Also, sprinkle Black Pepper, Salt, and Parmesan Cheese to inside buns. Done. Now lay bread halfs face open.

Next, Oil a Griddle or Skillet and lay pieces of  Fakin' Bacon(Organic Smoky Tempeh Strips-soybeans and organic brown rice) down.

As you're cooking them, lay your Tofurkey on the grill and warm it up a little. Remove. Place on bottom bun, and add Slices of Muenster cheese on to top bread.

Next, remove bacon from skillet, place on top of cheese (top bun). Place Avacado slices down on bacon, and right after this grab some ranch and spead on of avacado.

Layer Bean sprouts, and close sandwich up.

Place Sandwich in panini press or use a foreman grill. Spray inside of grill or brush on olive oil. Let sandwich get toasted and melty and bada-bing you got yourself a Smoked Tofurkey Montana!
